Okay yeah its been a few weeks... but what do you expect I have 5 kids 7 and under soon to be six! :-)
I don't have a whole lot to say this time.. just some photos I have been meaning to share... I had been plans to announce on the 5th what the gender of the new baby is... But alas seems this baby is destined to be an April fools baby for sure cause with all the prodding we did he or she absolutely REFUSED to show us the goods...So we have a healthy looking but stubborn little baby. We are hoping to get another peak and hope the baby will show its gender soon. But who knows.
Now to the pictures... They are all just Halloween pics...
Aunt Shauna and Grandma came over and helped carve pumpkins... that was fun.
Zephen and McCaul were Monkey See (Zephen) and Monkey Do (McCaul)... They LOVED Halloween... I mean what kid doesn't.. I think I could have dressed them up as slugs and they would have been just as thrilled for the opportunity to walk around begging people for candy.
David and Nathan wanted to be ninjas... (shhh don't tell Nathan but we just bought a cheap wolverine costume and told him it was a yellow ninja ;-) )
Keziah was a kitty.
Other things I don't have pictures of....Nathan came with us to the baby's ultrasound and he really enjoyed it. We also bought a new fridge while we were out of town which momma LOVES... for the first time ever in my life I have a fridge with ice and filtered water in the doors. I have wanted one since I was a kid...yeah it doesn't take too much to please me.
David and Nathan participated in a Veterans Day program at the school. Nathan's class gave out flowers to all the veterans who were present and David's class sang America the Beautiful with sign language.
David and Nathan also did their primary program (which I wrote as my job in the presidency) on Sunday... They did good. It went well and I am glad its over for another year. It was my third one in a row to be in charge of. The twins really wanted to join David and Nathan on the stands and why not they knew all the songs but we promised them they could next year since they get to start primary in January!
Oh and for me... good news... the morning sickness is finally gone for the most part... I have moments but I haven't thrown up in a whole week and I am feeling SOOO much better. I still have some food aversions but the basic nausea is gone. Only took til 20 weeks but wow I feel amazing in comparison. Of course now the middle section is expanding rapidly and new symptoms will start soon but for now I am thrilled to not be puking. YAY!!!
Next week we go to Bountiful and will spend Thanksgiving with Grandma and Grandpa Nicholes, Aunt Shauna, Aunt Trista, Travis and Tianna, Tiffany and Trenton. The kids are thrilled and SUPER excited to see all their cool relatives (as opposed to us boring folks in their own home :-) ) Then we will get to join the Winsor family and watch them get sealed in the Bountiful Temple on Saturday. What a special event for them. Hopefully I will keep the camera out and ready and we will have lots of pictures to share!!!
Finally if you have a moment to spare please send a prayer up for my little brother Brian. He is off to Afghanistan and I think could use all the prayers for safety and comfort we can offer.
